Consultancy advice meeting tailored to your own situation

When you are getting started, you have questions, and lots of them. We start you off with a consultation meeting with your local Roslyns business development managers. You can then talk through your personal situation and how how it fits with your plans. It is important we make sure that you know all the options you have open to you, whilst also guiding you around any potential issues nice and early.

Business plan financial forecasting

When you apply for a pub business, you are required to produce a business plan. Whilst you will have a lot of ideas for what you want to do, the financial part of the plan is a different matter. This is a full P&L and cashflow analysis from 1 to 5 years, and we’re the specialists. We’ll go through it with you too, so you are in the driving seat and know your numbers, and all included in the price.

Setting you up 'ready to trade'

Your business development manager will talk through your option for being either a sole trader/partnership or a limited company. Whichever you choose, we'll set you up as a limited or self employed all included.

Everything from setting up your own tax if newly self employed, to applying for your PAYE reference and your VAT registration for example.

Ready to open

Your Roslyns Business Development Manager will set up a full package of ongoing support for you with accountancy, payroll and tax available at an uncapped 5% discount.

What happens next once I have bought this package?

Your business development manager will be in touch with you the next working day.

He/she will then arrange a meeting (in person/phone or online) to discuss what your plans and expectations are, your personal situation, business experience and how far you have got already.

They will then take you through their advice on how to progress and begin the process of getting the right support underway.

This same business development manager will be with you every step of the way, answering questions and giving support.
