Mark Owen

Operations Director

I live in the small Market Town of Desborough, Northamptonshire with my wife Kelly, children Owen, Eilidh and Florence, Murray the cat and Timmy the giant rabbit. I have worked in the Hospitality industry for 30 year including nine years as a publican. I have been with Roslyns for five years.

I enjoy watching my son play football for two teams and days out with the family as long as they include stopping at a pub.


Robbie Stewart

Commercial Operations Director

I live in a small village near Lancaster. I've worked in the hospitality industry all of my life in a range of roles from manager, multi-site operations manager and business owner. I have been with Roslyns for 5 years now and love working for a company so focused on making things better for our clients in what is a tough industry.

Outside of work I enjoy live music and live comedy (when Covid allows) , playing drums, riding my motorbike and hanging out with my Welsh Collie, Milo.


Ben Darwin

Business Development Manager

I am originally from Leeds but now live in the lovely City of York with my wife, 2 daughters and our Dog. I have been in the licence trade industry for the best part of 25 years. I have worked in and managed a variety of venues, from back street boozers to town centre bars, hotels and Golf Clubs. I spent over 10 years of this as a Stocktaker and have been a BDM with Roslyns since 2017.

Most of my free time is spent listening to and playing music. I play Bass guitar in a Blues band and co-host a Blues radio show, along with organising a small festival in York.


Daniel Watson

Business Development Manager

I live in a market town on the border of Shropshire with my partner Rachel and our Labrador Rupert. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years, specifically with a catering and hotel management background. I have been with Roslyns for 5 years.

Outside of work I enjoy walking around the local area with my dog Rupert, finding new walks ideally with a good pub along the route to stop off at. I love to watch Formula 1 and attend race weekends wherever possible.


Richard Munro

Business Development Manager

I live with my partner and young daughter in Musselburgh. I have been involved in the trade for the past 18 years now in a variety of capacities. I have been operations manager for an independent bar company, managed pubs, clubs, and music venues, and spent five years with Majestic Wine. I have also trained as a stocktaker, and gained an advanced level qualification in wines and spirits. My hobbies include a keen interest in history, DIY, and broadening my wine knowledge (in a responsible way of course). Variety is after all the spice of life!


Lee Goodship

I live in the market town of Malmesbury (where you will find Englands oldest hotel!) with my wife, children and Lab George. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 27 years starting out as a chef in The Savoy to a range of management and multi-site roles also having run my own pub restaurants. I have been with Roslyns for 3 years.

Outside of work I love live music/festivals, spending quality time with my family, country walks with George, playing squash and searching for new gins to add to my ever-growing collection!

Originally from Devon (cream first then jam) I now live in the small village of Cuckfield in Mid Sussex with my wife and 2 sporty (and loud) boys. My career and passion in hospitality spans over 30 years and I have previously worked with small independent pub companies to large national pub groups. I have gained experience at all levels including multi-site management to Head of Audit for a large national company helping managers maximise sales and profits whilst reducing risks and losses. I am equally at home in the cellar, office or kitchen. Outside of work I help coach my boys football teams, (yes, even in the rain and the cold) and try to finish golf with as many balls as I started with. I love to travel and explore new areas – I especially love a good castle!
