£23,500 per year with the use of your own car (fuel card provided), or £20,000 with a company car included. Plus healthcare scheme.

You will be self-motivated, keen to work as part of a busy professional team, target driven, be very personable and must have the desire to move into licensed trade stock audits.

Full and extensive training will be given to any successful candidate. Initial training out of the area maybe required and accommodation would be provided. Once fully trained and competent, you will be given your own area and client base, and move to a full time position as a stock auditor with additional salary benefits.

Roslyn’s are looking for a highly motivated Payroll Manager to lead the department, using their knowledge of systems and processes to improve the workflow, motivate the team, and work closely with the senior management team to grow and improve the department. The team currently processes 150,000 payslips per annum.

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience managing a team of payroll staff.

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll & pensions procedures and HMRC legislation.

  • Leadership & motivation of staff.

  • Training and development of staff.

  • Critical thinking.

  • Clear & confident communication.

  • Effective time management.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing accurate and timely preparation of weekly & monthly end-to-end payroll.

  • Analyzing and improving systems and workflow to increase efficiency.

  • Ensuring timely resolution of payroll queries.

  • Leading and motivating a remote team to meet all internal & external deadlines.

  • Working with the Commercial Director to grow the department.

  • Coaching and development of junior staff.

Interviews will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams. Applicants can be based anywhere in the UK as the job is to be done remotely.
