Business Development Manager – East Anglia Region

 

Job description

Our purpose is to help you and our clients to be successful. The overall function of the role is to oversee operations, service clients and grow the client base within your region. An exciting new role has been created to find the very best talent within the hospitality industry and give them the training required to grow to their full potential within a rapidly expanding, leading provider of business services to the Hospitality Industry.

Responsibilities:

Focusing on new business as well as selling additional services and products to existing clients

Networking of pub company Regional Managers and prospective clients to grow customer base

Reviewing sales & marketing plans to ensure clients maximising every turnover opportunity

Main client support and communications channel for c.80 businesses on completion of training

Completing achievable and sustainable business plans and budgets for existing and new businesses

Structured client business reviews of P&L performance to budget

Identifying cost savings, tax advice and cashflow analysis

Skills needed for the role:

  • Leadership, Organisation & Motivation

  • Sales planning and tracking

  • Client management

  • Commercial acumen with a strong P&L understanding (on completion of training)

  • Communication

  • Time management

 

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum dependent upon experience/company car

Our purpose is to help you and our clients to be successful. The overall function of the role is to oversee operations, service clients and grow the client base within your region which covers the North West of England. An exciting new role has been created to find the very best talent and give them the training required to grow to their full potential within a rapidly expanding, leading provider of business services to the Hospitality Industry.

Once fully trained and competent, you will be given your own area and client base, and move to a full time position as a Business Development Manager with a starting salary of £35,000 per year. Timescales are not guaranteed but it is envisaged that this would be achieved around six months from start date.
