The Restaurant Accounting Company Limited is part of the Roslyns Group of Companies established over 15 years ago looking after the licensed trade. It has three further trading arms all suitably named:

The Pub Accounting Company Limited
The Weekly Wage Company Limited
The Stocktaking Company Limited.

The Restaurant Accounting Company Limited has been formed to add our specialist knowledge in the leisure industry to what is a very specialised form of accountancy.
Knowing what your GP’s should be, your staff ratio’s and the very specific requirements of this labour intensive industry are just some of the skills that we can bring to your business. Helping you concentrate on putting customers in seats and food on the table.

We will take away all the regulatory worries of the paperwork, put very simply you pay the bills and send the invoices to us together with a record of your takings, we will then produce a monthly profit and loss account, quarterly food and liquor stock, VAT returns, annual accounts, tax returns and deal with any queries HM Revenue and Customs have about your business. On top of that we’ll visit you four times a year and advise you how we think the business is performing and where necessary help you with cash-flow forecasts, marketing advice and Tax planning.

For the first 100 clients who have a food turnover more than 70% of their total takings and are Trade Classified as a restaurant we will offer this service for £250 per month plus VAT all inclusive*.

We can look after your payroll too! Our sister company The Weekly Wage Company will deal with P45’s, Year end Returns, payslips, BACS payments etc, etc.

Restaurants taking more than £8000 net per week are subject to an additional charge.
Limited Companies are subject to an additional charge.
Tax and VAT enquiries are charged additionally.
Additional visits/ stocks in excess of visits listed above will be charged.
